Each emotional thought pattern is really an underlying "cause" of a physical illness, understanding the illness can help you address the cause and thereby riding the body of the disease.

Overweight - Fear, feeling a deep need for emotional protection. Running away from feelings, insecurity.

Slipped Disc - Feeling unsupported in life.
Stroke - Giving up, rejecting life. "I'd rather die than change."
