The peace that comes from love and creates love is a personality connection to soul in such a way that anxiety is reduced, doubt diminishes, self value is enhanced and time either slows down or is unimportant. Just as true love transcends time so does peace. In peace and love, mind and emotions do not have to grasp for anything nor run away from anything.

Meditate on either peace or love and be open to experience both simultaneously.
