Self-expression really means expressing the true self that you are - that is, the soul self, with all its beautiful, empowering qualities. When you do that you acknowledge also the personality needs that exist.



Reflection

It is healthy to say what we feel, what we like, what we prefer, what we need - PROVIDED that it does not impose, control, manipulate, judge, blame, criticize another.. When we do these things we might feel stronger in our personalities because we are being more forceful, but that so-called strength alienates soul influence and does not empower a relationship. You are then not expressing the soul that you are.
