Reflection

The actual moral and spiritual principle for determining right action, right thought and right speech can be expressed with a question: Does it empower others or does it disempower them? Anything done, said or thought that does not empower or some way aid others is not appropriate, not acceptable, and automatically creates negative karma for oneself. The reason for this is because the whole purpose of our existence is to collaborate positively and contribute wisely to the well-being of all life.

Reflect on what you do for yourself and examine it in light of its value and relevancy for others and your environment.
